He is graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter New Hampshire USA(1966)- a prep school and Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut USA (1970).

As the founder of Adamu Consulting Limited, he is spurred by the desire to bear his vast experience, contacts and international business network to assist budding enterprise build solid foundations and thriving ones to maintain steady growth. He believes that prompting a synergy between the public and private sector is the salient way to stimulate the growth of the Nigerian Economy.

He is currently the President of Yale Club of Nigeria. He was the chairman of the Petroleum Trust Fund from 1999 to 2001. His passion for education continues to find expression especially in funding education institution and his relationship  with his Alma Mata. He is the founder of Zaria Academy a co-educational boarding school in Zaria, Kaduna State.


Donli had his Ph.D from New York University, a First Class in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from London School of Economics. He has attended several local and overseas courses including Harvard University, Virginia University and University of Michigan in the USA,IMD in Switzerland .

Donli was the Dean, Facility of Administration, Head of Department, Business Administration ABU and the Assistant General Manager, ICON Merchant Bank.  He has facilitated Executive Development Programmes in UK, Lagos Business School, Financial Institute Training Center (FITC), Chartered Institute banker of Nigeria(CIBN),Center for Management Development (CMD) etc

He retired as Director (Research) NDIC and now  the Chief Consultant, Training and Research of Adamu Consulting Limited (ACL).He brings to the table his wide experience spanning over 40 years in teaching,research and consulting.


Professor Olaofe of the department of Education,  Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, is a specialist in Applied Linguistics, Language Education, Teacher Training and Retraining Expert . He did his Post-Doctoral Studies, at the University of Reading, UK and with a Specialist in English for Academic Purposes (EAP). He holds a  Ph.D in  Teaching  as a Second Language and is currently a visiting Professor , Department of Arts and Social Science Education, Faculty of Education, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He is and Educational Consultant to at least fifteen National and International Bodies, some of which are Nigeria Educational Research and Development Commission (NERDC), Federal Ministry of Education in collaboration with Step B World Bank project on Retraining Senior Secondary School Certificate English Language Teachers. Between 1998 to the present he has held various consultancy services in the areas of teacher training, quality assurance assessments, materials development and workshop on different teacher retraining programmes for National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna, Universal Basic Education Commission ( UBEC,Abuja) National Colleges of Education Commission, Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Nasarawa State Government etc

Oyekale is a foremost advocate of Digital Literacy . he is result driven, self-motivated and resourceful person with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize the organization’s profitability and efficiency. He was honored with a D. Letter (Hons) by Houdegbe North American University Cotonou, Benin Republic after obtaining a Master of Business administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Nigeria.

He is the country representative of Certiport Inc. USA digital IC 3 Solution Provider since 2011 and a fellow of the Institute of Information Management Africa- FIIMA. He is today in the vanguard of promoting digital literacy in the Nigerian workplace and has held many seminars and training workshops promoting the effective tool for national rebirth and development. He is the Chief Consultant, Digital IT Services in Adamu Consulting Limited.


Gbenga is the head of financial Services Training. He is a consummate professional expertise in finance, Telecommunications, Infrastructure and as advisor on public and private Project Development.
He graduated from Middlesex University, UK with an MSc Finance (Distinction) and is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
He was a Senior Associate at KPMG, Credit and Risk Associate at Citibank Nigeria and has facilitated several trainings and lectures in Financial Futures, Options and Corporate Finance at professional levels at the Institute of Stockbrokers, FITC, etc. He is currently COO, TACOFF  SERVICES LLP,Financial services firm.


 Panyi is a graduate of Diploma Business Administration and a holder of PGDM (1998) and MBA (2002) from ATBU  Bauchi.
His working  career started with the position of Accountant in the Health Management Board, Bauchi for (5) years, before joining Savannah Bank Nig Plc where he held various positions including Training Manager before moving to Inland Bank Plc as Head of Training, Head, Domestic Banking Operations & Chief Compliance Officer, then Group Head, Human Resources Management .
Panyi resigned in December 2008 as Group Head Training & Development from the defunct FIN Bank
Nigeria Plc. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Associate Certified Credit Administrators. Also, a member of the Institute of Nigerian Economics. He is an Associate Member of the Center for Management and  Development (CMD).
He is currently Head of Training, Adamu Consulting
Limited (ACL).


Tukura is an educationist and teacher’s teacher par excellence with a career spanning more than forty years as a classroom teacher, Principal, Director of Education and Member of the WAEC Council

He was at one time Director of Private Schools, Kaduna Ministry of Education  and Head of the Education Monitoring of the World Bank sponsored project in Education in collaboration with the Kaduna State Education project. He is currently the Principal of the prestigious Zaria Academy, a boarding Secondary School for Boys and Girls. He is also the Head of Education Monitoring and Evaluation at Adamu Consulting Limited.


He is a lawyer by training and the company secretary/legal Adviser of Adamu Consulting Limited

Sardauna brings to the table over 30 years of wide range of experience in public and private institute advisory, training and development. He is a member of the Nigerian institute of Training and Development (NITAD).
